ABOUT GLASS VASES:

Most of our products are hand crafted and mouth blown glass vase, unless if stated as utility. They are originally made in metric, then we converted to nearest inches easier for our customer to visualize. Thus there may be some slight descrepencies on the size measurements. If you need exact dimensions, please contact our office to have one of our customer service rep to get the exact dimensions for you. All the opening diameter and heights are measured from outside to outside of the glass, inside diameter or height would vary depending on each vase. When we make the vase, we can only control the  outside opening diameter or height, because of the mould could only control those parameters. Since they are all hande made / Mouth Blown glass vases, if you look carefully, they might have very minute differences among them. Tiny bubbles, are a natural part of glass vases, they are a by product of any liquid stage of glass when they are cooled, but it should be minor that most people do not notice it when it is decorated. 

Another very important note. We do not recommend customers to fill the larger vases with water, rock, or anything that has a lot of weight. With the tall size of the vase, the surface area that's supporting the weight ratio greatly decreases as the volume may contain a lot of weight. The pressure may cause the glassware to break/shatter which could be hazardous.

Shipping Information Globe

Shipping Rates:

We ship to almost everywhere in the United States. Shipping carriers quote us by the weight and destination of package and that is what we charge our customers. We will choose the most reliable services for our customers.

FedEx: Standard shipments will be shipped using FedEx ground, we will provide tracking information.
Pallet Freight (LTL Trucking): Large quantity shipments, usually 7 cases or more will be shipped by various LTL (Location to Location) Trucking companies. We shrink wrap the cases into a single wooden palette. This method decreases the chances of movement and breakage during transit.

**Shipments to residential addresses and locations that would be considered 'limited access' may incur additional carrier fees, including a mandatory lift gate fee.**

Our customer can choose to use their own carrier to use if they would like with a $5 repackaging fee, please call us. If any damages or lost in package, customers will be responsible in contacting their carrier agent and filing claims.

Shipping Time:
Our customer satisfaction is our first priority, we process our orders within the next business day.

Fedex Transit Time
THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY TIME - THIS IS JUST A GUIDELINE. WE ONLY GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES IF YOU STATE THE DATE YOU NEED THEM BY IN YOUR ORDER COMMENTS. (additional fees may apply)

FedEx Ground: Order Processing Time; plus Shipping Time of 1 to 7 business days (see expected FedEx Shipping Time Map).

LCL Trucking Orders: Order Processing Time; plus Shipping Time of 2 to 12 business days.

The time may vary a little if it is not guaranteed shipping, in cases of snow storm, forest fire, road closure, etc. Please let us know if you would need guaranteed delivery date.

Any shipment after leaving our warehouse, the shipping time is and procedure is up to the shipping carriers. Please track your package with the tracking number that is on your invoice to find any information during transit.

Any extra shipping services such as residen al delivery, inside delivery, and upstairs delivery will be paid by the consignee. Home businesses, churches, schools, country clubs, and military bases are considered residential deliveries.

International Shipping:

International Purchases (Canada & Mexico): It is customer's responsibility clear any custom's and duty fees. Customer must know about their own country's customs and regulations. Any fees and charges by their country's custom will be customer's responsibility. Any bills of outstanding custom and duty fees that are unpaid for will be charged to your card on file with additional $25 processing fee. 

FedEx: We can do FedEx ground international shipping.
LTL Trucking: 7 cases and over will have to be palatalized. We can find the best and lowest freight price but you would need to provide your own custom's broker to clear customs.
Order Cancel/Change:
Orders are processed very quickly after placing your order. Once an order is submitted we cannot make any changes to your order. Please call us ASAP at 626-452-8268 within 12 hours. Orders cancelled after 12 hours be charged 15% of total invoice on processing fee, and $10 packaging fee.
Returns:

In the event that you no longer wish to keep an item, it must be unopened and in original packaging. You must pay to ship it back to us and is subject to a charge a 25% restocking fee. The product must be returned within 7 days from receipt of shipment. If glass is being returned, product must be shipped back to us in original packaging to avoid damage.

No returns will be allowed after 7 days from receipt of shipment. Please notify us before returning any items. Any items returned without a RMA number obtained from our staff will be rejected. So be sure to write your RMA number big and visible on the box when you are returning it.

All shipping, handling and services are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Damaged or Incorrect:

In the event that an item is damaged you must report the damage within 48 hours. Then we require a picture taken of the damaged product. We will then replace the goods or issue a credit.

If there are any damages discovered upon receipt of your order, please notate them on the delivery receipt before you sign it. If the driver is unwilling to wait, please notate on the bill “dented boxes, possible damage”

If the order is incorrect, we will have you send back the incorrect items. 

All claims must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

Any replacements are shipped out with regular ground shipping method. The customer is responsible for any expedited requests for replacements.

Do NOT discard the broken items and the packaging materials right away, shipping company may need to pick them up for inspection, items are to be kept for up to 7 days before discarding.

Please do not remove broken glass out of the box because they are hazardous. Always wear protective gear when dealing with glass vases. You can open the lid of the box and take a picture from top and please e-mail us at sales@wgvint.com
